Card Works is a custom producer of many specialized printing
products. The level of detail that goes into many of our products
can seem a bit much at times. If this is your 1st time ordering,
let this be your guide to "Easy Ordering"
Let's start with the less than
10 steps to get your order off the ground. If you need assistance

1. Determine the product you
have interest in
view our gallery - request samples
2. Design
Choose your design either using clip art and typefaces from
our library, xpress templates or
setup your own file using professional graphics programs and
our pro templates. Learn more
about setting up your digital files.
3. Submit
your digital file for review
Upload your digital file to us. We
prefer professional files formats. (Adobe, etc.) Microsoft
products may incur additional submission fees.
4. Place
your order
Place your order
online at our E-Store,
or fill out our online
order form,
fax it in and we'll place your order for you. Payment is
made through our secure payment processor Authorize.net, or
through [PAYPAL].
You may
also choose to contact us to make
special arrangements to mail in a check or money order if you
so desire.
5. Let's
choose a shipping method.
During the order process you must choose a shipping method. We
offer you a lot of choices, but it's really quite simple. We offer FEDEX and UPS as our main carriers. They both offer Ground, 2 day,
3 day and Overnite shipping and you can use your own account #
for additional savings. For our Hawaii and Alaska customers we
also offer USPS priority mail. For our Canadian customers, consider
FEDEX International Ground (fast and affordable)
6. Proof
it online.
Before any jobs go to press they must be proofed. We will email you a digital
proof in jpg format. Check your proof carefully for everything. Once your proof
is approved, it's too late to make changes without incurring addtional fees.
Once you approve, you'll fill out an online form stating your order is approved
and we're off to the press.
7. Receive
your beautiful product
Your order has been
printed, cut, packaged and shipped to you. Make sure your order
is in good condition and not damaged in any way during the shipment
process.
8. Spread
the word.
Your product is one of quality and class. Share them with the world. Tell everyone
about your business and let your professonally printed product set the tone.
