I'm not an artist, and I don't recognize any of those formats.
What do I do? - Don't worry.
Our artists are here to assist you. For basic layouts, just mail or fax us
your ideas, hand drawings and we'll convert that to a basic
design for use on your cards. If you need something more
elaborate, specific fonts, complex logo design and etc, there
may be an art charge. We can quote you on that individually.
Fax your ideas to 866.871.0143 or MAIL it
to us. Please note that no artwork will be put into production
until you place
an order and payment has been received.

Does Dallas Card Works have any clip art that can be added
to my card? - We have an
extensive clip art library including but not limited to the
following (click to view clip-art) Choose
the art you would like included on your card for no additional
charge. We also have a great stock
photo library. Use these images on your full color cards
and printed pieces.

What about proofs. How do I know what you're going to print
for me? - Before we go to
press, you will receive a proof of your artwork. The process
is pretty simple. You place an order and send us a digital
file or an idea. We take that file and generate your final
file in our system. We then will generate a proof from your
submitted file in jpg format and email it to you. If we are
doing the design you will usually get 2-3 ideas for your
approval. You then approve that proof or send it back to
us with changes you want made. Once you receive your final
proof and everything checks out, then you will return to
us via an electronic approval form or
via email your signed approval. From that point we take the
digital file and produce your cards. All submitted orders
will receive a proof and must be approved before printing.
Please note that once card proofs have been approved by you,
any cancellations may result in additional charges to take
an order out of production. If you have approved your card
and it is already on the press, any changes made will have
result in a new charge to re-print your cards.
